Harsha Vardhan Agarwal, Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of Emami Ltd, has been appointed as the new President of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (Ficci) for 2024-2025.
He assumed the role at Ficci’s 97th annual convention held in New Delhi, taking over from Anish Shah.
New Leadership at Ficci
Ficci announced several key appointments alongside Agarwal’s elevation. Anant Goenka, Vice-Chairman of RPG Group, has been promoted to Senior Vice-President of the chamber. Vijay Sankar, Chairman of The Sanmar Group, has also joined the leadership team as Vice-President.
